Mark Worman and his skilled staff of mechanics, welders, and painters bring classic 1960s and 1970s Mopar muscle cars back from the dead to look exactly like they did on the showroom floor.
Starring: Mark Worman
The famous 1971 Mr. Norm's Dodge Demon is cruising through the shop. While painting the engine and body, Will takes the opportunity to train his son Brody, while Mark interrupts, "inspires" and indulges in his favorite vice: vanity. Then Mark rescues a 340 engine build from Dougie and resolves a conflict between Dougie and Will.
What do you get when you cross a bird with a fish? The one and only Phoenix 'Cuda! A tragic explosion left an incredibly valuable '71 Hemi 'Cuda in the Graveyard, but now, under the care of Mark and the Ghoulz, it's blazing through the shop. Mark and Justin go step-by-step through parts, protocols and OEM details only a handful of people in the world would know.
Mark illuminates the ultra-rare option of Mopar sunroofs, while the team tackles the task of restoring a 1969 Charger R/T SE power sunroof. With COVID restrictions lifted, Mark prepares for the epic reveal of a one-of-one 1969 Charger R/T, that is, until everything backfires and it becomes the worst reveal in GYC history!
A major dream project for Mark is the creation of a series of Alpine White 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T tribute cars that are modeled after the iconic Mopar featured in the film "Vanishing Point." Gaining momentum in the shop, this will be the first Kowalski tribute he has ever produced!
Will trains his son Brody as the newest painter as they lay out FC7 In-Violet on a 1970 V-Code Road Runner and A4 Silver on a 1969 Road Runner. Meanwhile, Mark gathers evidence of Dougie's insanity as they install the drivetrain on the A4 Road Runner.
A stunning '69 'Cuda has gone through metal, body, paint and drivetrain installation, and it's in assembly for Justin and Allysa to apply the hood decals. The real Mr. Norm's '71 Demon is ready for Mark and Doug to install the drivetrain. Also, Tony D'Agostino is loitering around the shop, but at least he's bearing gifts.
The 1971 Road Runner is in assembly, ready for its drivetrain. Mark and Doug check out a valuable 1969 Hemi Charger with walking Mopar encyclopedia Tony D'Agostino, and Allysa showcases a rare combination of features in a 1970 'Cuda. Plus, Mark introduces his newest innovation, the Trey-Cam!
Three pilot pals want three custom-built Mopars -- a '70 Barracuda, a '70 Road Runner and a '68 Charger -- but they want them all done at the same time. Meanwhile, the '69 Road Runner is wheeling through assembly, and the one-of-one '70 Charger R/T factory-sunroof car is ready for some factory-duplicated welds.
To celebrate the show's 200th episode, Mark and the Ghoulz visit a private automotive museum, checking out its massive collection of cars and showing off some of their favorites. With Mark running things, you know they have to be Mopars, unless he has a secret penchant for Pontiacs. The crew also looks back at some of their favorite memories from the show.
Mark and the Ghoulz prepare to reveal the mythic Phoenix 'Cuda. Caught in an explosive garage fire, this '71 Hemi 'Cuda is the greatest challenge the crew has ever faced, engulfed in flames, soaked with water, and trampled by the firefighters who extinguished the blaze. Now the epic build will come to a close...if the restoration passes the owner's approval.
Mark gets some good news and some bad news. The good news is that Allysa is pregnant with her fourth child, and Mark will have a grandson. The bad news is that one of his clients is in the hospital and doesn't have long, so the crew bands together to finish the client's 1971 Road Runner before it's too late.
Mark and Justin begin assembly on the ultra-rare 1971 Mr. Norm's Dodge Demon. Then the team shifts gears to focus on a 1969 Charger tribute car that's made to order. Can the Ghoulz get these gorgeous Mopar icons on track and through the shop, or will a miscommunication grind progress to a halt?
Graveyard Carz has restored its fair share of 1971 'Cudas, but for the first time in the show's history, the car will be revealed backwards! Beginning with the visually stunning final product, the crew peels back the stages of the restoration, revealing what makes this 1971 hemi shaker 'Cuda truly special.
The Ghoulz are headed back to SEMA, but first they need to finish the 1970 Dodge T/A Challenger tribute. This incredible build, in gorgeous K2 Go Mango, will certainly stop traffic, but at this year's show, it has competition from one of the team's most-talked-about restorations, the Phoenix 'Cuda that was nearly incinerated in a life-threatening fire.
Fresh from the flight and still exhausted from the SEMA show in Las Vegas, Nevada, Mark and the Ghoulz get back to the grind. Will eagerly prepares to paint his very first 1970 AAR 'Cuda, but with Mark breathing down his neck and micromanaging his methods, Will's rebellious nature is stirred up. Meanwhile, Josh is doing some heavy metal work on another 1970 'Cuda.
When the local junkyard closes its doors, Mark and Dougie have to rescue an old friend from the earliest days of Graveyard Carz. But their journey appears to be cursed. Will pushes the 1970 AAR 'Cuda through paint and into assembly, and the team continues work on a very original, one-owner 1970 Super Bee in Plum Crazy.
Mark and the Ghoulz count and catalog every significant restoration in series history, from the very first 1970 Road Runner to the infamous 1971 Phoenix 'Cuda. The restorations of the past are held up against the new restorations in this last particularly prolific season. Plus, one more surprise awaits before the closing credits.
