Description
The adage that father knows best is taken to task in this hilarious comedy series that launched network ratings into the stratosphere. Tony Micelli is a former professional baseball player, who along with his pre-teen daugher, moves into advertising executive Angela Bower's house to be both housekeeper and father figure to Angela's young son. But chemistry and camaraderie collide between Tony and Angela - accentuated by a barrage of unforgettable one-liners - hurled by Angela's eccentric mom. Tony Danza, Judith Light, Katherine Helmond, Alyssa Milano and Danny Pintauro comprise one of the most formidable comedy ensembles of all time.

A Simpler Time: 1985
Only pimps had beepers, cell phones were the size of bricks and CD players cost $500. Kids didn't waste their lives on the Internet. And two shows duked it out in a classic example of one good script making the rounds, spawning imitators. "Who's the Boss?" beat out "Charles in Charge" in the category of Best Male Housekeeper show. Why? Better acting and writing, tons of heart, and Alyssa Milano. The critics never liked it but the public did and unlike most shows from the past, WTB holds up very well. Congrats Tony, Judith, Katherine for a job well done.

This is a show that the whole family can enjoy. I remember watching the show on ABC with my family back then and now I get to watch them again. Thank you for the memories. SONY, can we get to watch season two?

A Classic Comedy Show..
There are very few comedy shows these days that live up to the family atmosphere that Who's The Boss did. This show had drama, suspense, romance, and laughter all into one. Even though the series ended prematurely and the ending was not what everyone had wanted, it was still a great series.

I personally think The Wonder Years was my favorite show of all time, but WTB was one of my favorites ever.

When you compare the technology they had in those days to what we have now, you laugh and think, "That was crazy to have what they did." But back then having the latest gadgetry didn't matter. It was about loving life and those close to you. I think we have sort of lost that concept in society today. Today, it seems like more of quantity, rather than quality.

What?
They skipped all the way to season eight.I was halfway through season 1. I'm not even going to bother finishing it. Hulu, I just wanted to thank you for reminding me of an old friend. Netflix, I'm coming back.
