Samurai Champloo

In the right way, this show is awesome. Its funny, you will enjoy all 3 of the main characters, and the action has an awesome flow. But there is a problem with this show. The problem is that it isnt dubbed, but honestly this show is so good that it is worth watching it in subtitles. There were 3 episodes that I feel like where just unnecessary. Like episode 11 (im not spoiling the show, relax) the whole episode was only a clip show of episodes 1-10. So you can just skip episode 11. Also the cosmic collision and baseball blues episodes were funny but they didn't add much to the story at all. But I forgive that, since this show isnt like any other anime show I have seen before. It is full of action, emotion, comedy and an awesome soundtrack. If you like Cowboy bebop, or if you like the boondocks(that show stole some things from this show by the way) then this show is a perfect fit for you.

Mitch Crane loves this show a ton. The first time i saw it i got so sexually excited i came all over the ceiling.

I'm really happy with how it ended, this was one of the best anime I've ever seen. The ending really pulled at my heart strings a lot-- and after watching some of Watanabe's other works I knew the main characters weren't guaranteed to make it out alive. I won't spoil whether they did or not-- I'm just saying it made me more emotional when the characters faced danger. I love an anime with such lovable characters that I actually worry for their lives. 5/5 highly recommended.
