Lost

I started watching when season 5 was airing, so by the time I got to the end of season 4, they were only posting the last 5 episodes of season 5, and were already halfway through the season. I had to wait more than a year until Hulu just posted the first 9 episodes of season 5 to start watching again. If you missed your chance to watch those episodes, my guess is you'll have to wait a long time to see them again (for free). It makes perfect sense - they're not gonna post the entirety of season 5 for people to watch when they're promoting sales of the DVDs. Once we get more into season 6 and season 5 is old news, then they'll probably put up the whole season, but like Greg said, it'll probably be a good long while. Season 5 DVD goes on sale 12/8

Since i didn't get into this show until about a month ago and ive been trying to plow through all these episodes to get to the last season...where can i go to watch 1-9 of Season 5?   See 8 other replies

Thanks a bunch for pointing that out. I have tried watching Lost on ABC in the past but the captions were non-existent there as well. Nice to see they at least fixed that. Now I can watch 10-11 and the rest on here   See 4 other replies

I've posted on the boards, emailed Hulu support and even found the phone number for the CEO office to try to make some noise. They still have yet to update this mistake, so if anyone still wants CC they CAN be found on abc.com.

I had a hard time getting it to work on a Mac but a PC ran it fine.I prefer Hulu because the captioning is just weird on ABC and it doesn't have support for full-screen captioning?!?!

Yes, I can read also. I just don't understand why or how this all works. I'm new to Hulu and just got done Season 4 so 5 wasn't on my radar yet. It seems strange to offer ALL but 9 episodes of a show. What is the reasoning. Thanks.   See 8 other replies
