ER

I too, like many of the other posters here, grew up with ER. I remember when I was TEN years old and watching this show with my mom...it was OUR time together with no interruptions from the other siblings. Each of us kids had a show with mom and I was the lucky one that got to watch ER....Mom and I watched the final few shows on the phone with each other seeing as I am now an adult and off living my own life in another state...there were lots of tears between the both of us and in the end, I am super glad to know that John Carter is back at County where he belongs! I think they did an amazing job wrapping up the show and my only complaint is that they didn't tell Carol and Doug that the kidney that they were able to send to Chicago went to Carter. Other than that, I too watch all the episodes on TNT and have the rest that come on, on all the various channels saved to my DVR....I'm sad that its over but hope that what ever they air in that sacred Thursday time spot will be just as good as ER was but boy will it be hard getting used to not seeing ER premier again in September!   See 15 other replies
