I wish someone @ ABC would have the foresight to bring any cast member of the Firefly Crew in for a guest star episode. Before some genius there decides the show isn't viable anymore. And I don't buy that it's too hard given the talent of some of the hacks that get cast in the roles. If the writers have problems thinking up good ideas , email me. I've got more than a few.

I'm not sure what the Johhny Vong discussion is about but it's a parody of the old Tom Vu late night real estate ads. He was HUGE in the 80's and fascinately abrasive. As for this show CASTLE its absolutely fantastic. Character development is first rate. Starting with the body and mostly realistic detective work as we 'the audience' guess along is great. The plot twists are excellent while the tertiary character interaction is wonderful. I love the double down episodes background plot of betting with all the realistic 'weaselry' going on.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who thought I was seeing the same subplot/different show...I think it was The Pretender. The twist was the old Johnny Vong character was the guilty one, if I remember correctly. See 9 other replies

If you want conservative fiction, watch FOX News, but I'm sure you already do.

Do you really think every show has to agree with your opinions? If you do, you are what is wrong in America. Go watch old re-runs of Murder She Wrote and the Andy Griffith Show.

Oddly enough, FOX is owned by an uber-conservative, yet they run shows like American Dad, Family Guy and The Simpsons. Guess in conservatism, money always wins out over principles.

I would say the same thing, what "far-left garbage" are you referencing? You either A: do not know what is actually "left" and simply label anything you do not agree with as such, or B: Consider reality itself to be "left"

For example, if you were to label a show as left, merely due to the fact it had a storyline dealing with a gay relationship, you are wrong.

Why? Because as much as hardcore conservatives would like to deny it, gay people do in fact exist. Therefore, such a storyline is part of the show trying to reflect real life in its entirety. The same goes for a storyline dealing with a non-christian religion, or abortion, or anything of the like. Life is complicated, and there ARE people who do not agree with you, and any good show has those elements.

@Oscar: Bones is a great show as well, having watched it from the beginning, I cannot possibly fathom what you would be referring to as left either.

I was gonna ask this too after i watched this episode the first time, because I also recalled seeing the same thing, and now i think remember it being a CSI episode (i believe vegas or could be miami).
