At least go Google the stuff after you watch the show. Science is actually well-documented and the show just resorts to straw man arguments all the time. Be smart, check facts.Like Stonehenge. Actually, turns out that people built it. They found where the people got the rocks, excavated and found the hard-compacted layer of ground where they had dragged the rocks through, and more recently found where they were living too. But no, according to some people on television, it's a portal to another Galaxy. (It's been awhile, but I'm pretty sure that's what they said it was.)Really, the show can be entertaining and interesting sometimes, but it still isn't real.

Wait a moment, let me guess (she writes in jest): you work for some small, under-developed arm of the government spreading disinformation regarding aliens 9ancient or otherwise) aimed at deterring anyone remotely credible with an iota of reputation to protect-- political, academic or otherwise—from delving deeper than the superficial “weather balloon” or “swamp gas” hyperbole into this fascinating theory. For the record, a “theory” is little more than a proposed explanation whose status is still conjectural and subject to experimentation, in contrast to well-established propositions that are regarded as fact; a ‘theory’ implies a set/subset of ideas about a thing and little more, so why the whole thing frightens you enough to malign an entire segment of the open-minded public as you have is beyond me--- BOO! ---but it obviously does~.Ancient alien intervention (and even juicer, ONGOING intervention of same) is a fascinating and intriguing subject presently being explored by a plethora of intelligent, credible folks with rock-solid reputations DESPITE crackpot skeptics like yourself spewing hot air just barely escaping from a closed mind, thank God. The whole subject clearly and sorely aches for closer scrutiny; I mean come on, Schmid, let’s all face the most obvious of all facts here for a few minutes, since that seems to be the only suit of cards you’ll deal in: there are a LOT of things in the history and present functioning of this world that we simply do not even begin to understand, comprehend or appreciate on any level, simply because our puny human brains and miniscule sphere of experience in the cosmos at large make it impossible for us to grasp the bigger picture fully, never mind replicate even a tiny portion of it in any manner including watercolor, chalk or Lite Brite© pegs. There exist myriad of situations that wear the badge of "Best Scientific Guess" ONLY so please, come on Schmid; is there no room in that crowded little skull of yours for things you simply don’t fathom and possibly closer to the truth, can’t cope with attempting to cognize? So pardon me for thinking that your use of "crackpot conspiracy theorist" a little harsh a brush stroke to paint those of us with minds considerably more open than your own with.

Just because *you* don't understand a thing, discounting it as you have, dismissing it outright and assigning those interested in it as "America's dumbest demographic" is not only obtuse and short sighted, it speaks volumes about the steel-trap quality of your closed mind. So if thinking differently than you renders me among the dumbest demographic in America, the world or the whole entire universe, for that matter? Then I welcome the distinction.

Why in today's american society is it necessary to denigrate anything or anybody that doesn't fit into our view of things. The show simply asks you to think outside the box.
