The new season is starting soon and I'm hoping that Hulu will have it available as well. I've seen every episode at least twice and I need more! American Greed has a great pace and gives enough of the juicy details to grab and hold my interest. I love hearing about financial scams, especially when those responsible are caught.
Kay Luge, you are obviously a collectivist and socialist. Taxpayers were forced to bail out incompetent banks because our fascist government is controlled by those very same banks. All humans are driven by self-interest. Greed is when people do bad things in the pursuit of their self-interests. There is a concerted effort by socialists and other anti-capitalists to equate self-interest with greed, in an attempt to portray capitalism as evil. Needless to say, such people are nauseating d0uche bags.Health care is not a right, it's a service. As with any product or service, the free market is the ONLY vehicle that can maximize quality and efficiency, and minimize prices. Socialism is not the answer. It almost never is. Private insurance is not the answer either, because we get the whole "If you're buying, then I'll order lobster" dilemma. If people had to pay out of pocket for services like they pay for everything else, prices would plunge, because people would price shop, and doctors would compete on price.

And greed is why America is destroying itself from the inside. This idea of the individual over the whole and worst off that it's OK to step on the bodies of others to make yourself taller is why Banks can fail and the taxpayers pick up the bill and why $300 billion a year is wasted on health insurance companies that do nothing, add nothing, and only serve to enrich the rich while denying claims of individuals who have paid for this imaginary "insurance."Yeah, greed is really good.

Just imagine what wouldn't we have if people weren't greedy...Mindless greed can be problematic...Greed drove Thomas Edison...Think about it...Listen to the wise words of Milton Friedman: http://www.freetochoose.net/
