I surely got munchies when I was 16 (even though being a 16 year old boy made me hungry all the time) When I was high I could eat a whole pizza when I was 16. I wasn't fat either I was 5' 10" and weighed 130 lbs. I think cotton mouth is also caused by the hot smoke drying the mouth. Alcohol is much more harmful to yourself and other people. How often do you hear about a car crash caused by someone under the influence of THC? Now think about how often you hear about someone that is drunk totaling their vehicle. I can walk in a straight line while I'm high. After enough drinks I don't think I could. If pot was legal people wouldn't be buying it from criminals. Drug cartels grow it. People that run the cartels are thieves and murderers. By having pot illegal we are fueling criminals. If people could grow it or buy it from a store the government could tax it. By taxing Marijuana the government would stand to make billions each year. This would help the current economic situation we are in.Pros of having it legal. Drop crime rates, increase our countries GDP, Help people with eating disorders or other mental conditions.Cons people can choose to harm their body just as they do with alcohol or tobacco. Both tobacco and alcohol still more harmful by far.The benefits out-weigh the negative effects. The way i see it legalizing marijuana would be in the best interests of the people that smoke it and the government.
