I think its interesting that people loved seasons 1-3. When the political humor was anti-Bush and pro-Obama. But now that there are a few digs against Obama we don't like it. Watch season 2, which was during the election, and see just how much political satire there was. See 10 other replies

The show has always been politically charged. Do you not remember the episode where Jack went to work for the president? I gather you have been watching a show for three years in which you have not been able to sense half the humor; must be a pretty funny show!

Ed isn't stupid. Ed knows how to properly capitalize and punctuate.

He's also right. This new season of 30 rock is definitely more preachy than it used to be. Every single episode thus far has had Tina Fey making a statement for the audience to take to heart. Case in point: stone mountain. "There's no place in America that's more American than another." The whole episode was a shot at the politics of reaching out to "middle America." I just don't care for their take on politics. I watch comedy to be entertained, not for dressed-up political commentary. See 10 other replies

Not really,

30 Rock has taken a stab at everything, from race to politics.

Just because the start to make fun of you, doesn't mean anything but that it's a joke, and they joke about everything.

Stop being such big babies, because honestly? There were far more offensive things that have been said and done on 30 rock (ie season 3, Jenna was a black face) See 10 other replies
