New York, NY & Beverly Hills, CA – March 3, 2016 – The Paley Center for Media today announced that after a review of hopeful contenders, Hulu will be the Official Media Sponsor for the Paley Center’s unmatched slate of entertainment programming in both New York and Los Angeles throughout 2016. Hulu, the premium streaming destination that offers a robust library of hit television programming, critically acclaimed originals and movies, will have the exclusive streaming video on-demand rights to clips and content from Paley-produced events.
The Paley Center’s partnership with Hulu will begin with the 33rd annual PaleyFest LA 2016, where the biggest stars and creative teams from today’s top television shows will gather for special screenings and behind-the-scenes panel discussions March 11-20, 2016, at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.
Hulu subscribers will have exclusive access to content and footage of PaleyFest LA 2016 events, as well as behind the scenes interviews and clips.
This year’s PaleyFest LA will deliver an outstanding group of events that showcase a full spectrum of diversity and shine a spotlight on shows and storylines that are embraced by multicultural TV audiences and streaming communities. The Paley Center is proud to welcome television’s most acclaimed shows, including: FOX’s Empire; AMC’s Better Call Saul; FOX’s Scream Queens; ABC’s black-ish; CBS’s Supergirl; ABC’s Scandal; CBS’s The Big Bang Theory; Hulu’s Difficult People, AMC’s Fear The Walking Dead; An Evening with Dick Wolf, with the stars of NBC’s Law & Order: SVU, Chicago Fire, Chicago P.D., & Chicago Med; and FX’s American Horror Story: Hotel.
