one of my favs nicholas cage does a fantastic job as a guy trying to live the straight life but old habits are hard to break. holly hunter is wonderful as the straight laced wife trying her best to stay on the right side of the law even with her burning desire to have a baby.

The best of the Coens? No, but there are moments here that are really pretty good. Let's just say that the plot is thin even by comedy standards, but there are enough good moments so that the whole hangs together fairly well. If you haven't seen it, then it's worth a look. Think less well-written Blazing Saddles with rednecks being the main characters.
