No really do you? Let them see this movie. I seen this movie on HBO when I was 7, I didn't know anything about drugs, my family wouldn't let me see movies like this, but I did when no one was around, and the part where Downey Jr. was on his knees in front of that fat guy with his pants down made me ask why would anyone do that, and when my sister had to explain to me and that made me never want to even try drugs and what happened to Downey in the end .

"Images so violent and malicious that they seemed to be my only point of reference for a long time afterwards. After I left. " : Bret Easton Ellis; Less than Zero. I grew up in Brooklyn in the 1970's and lived in LA during the 1980's. As Saturday Night Fever is to my Teen years so Less Than Zero is to my Twenties. The final words of the Book Less Than Zero strikes a cord in me of an era that is now long dead and well that it is. As I look at the foolishness of today's youths of the same age, it is no doubt to me that much could be learned from the follies of the past. Can you see comparisons between the 1980's excess and today's excess ? Remember even the President is a product of that generation.

Because Ms Hillary, it did suck, and that's about the full and total of it, i was out to warn people about the complete suckiness of this movie , hence the doubling up of my opinions, thank you for paying attention to my negativity....by the way, this movie really sucked.....don't watch it. Actually, it does not suck. Why not try to be creative, and come up with a different discussion topic than your review posting, instead of copying it again. That way, people might think that you have the creativity and intellectual curiosity to properly judge a movie, and they'll actually pay attention to your negativity. See 2 other replies
