Akira Kurosawa directed this and you won't likely find it in your local store. Gorgeous scenes and costumes, thoughtful plot that draws you in to its heart-breaking climax--see why this is regarded as one of the best Japanese films of all time.

Awesome
I'll take a film like this over anything popular that has been in the theaters for the past 20 years.
A film like this engages your mind. If you don't know what I mean, it's because you have nothing to engage. Was this review helpful?
