The voices and animation just work well with the characters and story here. In what was a funny and amazing movie---it'd be hard not to give it the 5 stars it deserves. jfwrtv.freeforums.org

Rating_full Rating_full Rating_full Rating_full Rating_full A Heartwarming Experience
I think it is important to remember that other animals have families because; given the limitations on communication as we perceive it to be for the majority of non-human species on this earth, I think it is safe to say that family instinct, is part of the psychological makeup of a mental capability driven by instinct. Therefore, the family drive is instinctive and the protective traits of family behavior must therefore also be istinctive. This movie takes us the audience into a realm where we witness interspecie communication the content of which transcends the characters beyond their instinctive drives to portray for us an evolution of higher phylosophical ideals that reinforce family values. Seeing human values reinforced by non-human species is heartwarming because we as humans are familiar with emotinal attachments developed with domesticated animals. Seeing the charactetrs visit places familiar to many people like "Old Faithful," and Stonehenge, brings the charactes home.

Rating_full Rating_full Rating_full Rating_full Rating_full Very good movie for the family.
My family was looking for something to watch, i have an s-video cable, none of us had seen this movie. This is a very well thought out movie, it is a good mix of drama and humor. I would recommend it for all ages, it even has some educational value in it since they used the Neanderthals as humans in the film. To watch it just click the big picture at the top =)
