Another wasted Re-make

A remake of a great movie, and Dennis Quaid is no Jimmy Stewart. If any plane went through what this one did during its (protracted) crash, they would all have been red-jelly on the desert floor. SFX not the least believable at the end. what a joke!

Does a classic proud.

This movie is not without its flaws, but it definitely provides some great entertainment. The ending is especially good, albeit a little over-the-top. With memorable characters and a cool setting, it will win you over quickly.
