When we launched this forum last spring, our goal was simple: create a platform to collect viewer feedback.
Since then, we’ve seen an overwhelming amount of awesome engagement. Over the past seven months, 29,150 of you have joined our community, 14,204 have voted on your favorite ideas, and as of right now, we have 5,251 suggestions. Thank you.
Many of you have been wondering if we’re listening. We 100% are. We are so appreciative of all of the actionable suggestions we’ve received, like adding new episode badging, launching our Live service on Fire TV, or giving you the option to turn off autoplay. But you shouldn’t have to wonder - and that’s on us.
We’ll be the first to admit we could have done more to let you know when your suggestions have been reviewed, discussed - or even better - shipped. In fact, some of our biggest changes since May were the direct result of the feedback we received on UserVoice. You should have been the first to know, and moving forward, you will be.
Over the next week, we’ll be working to better organize UserVoice in order to create the best possible experience for everyone - from our viewers taking the time to make their voices heard to our product managers diligently searching for trending ideas and key insights. During this time, we’ll focus on making the community as actionable as possible, which means merging duplicative threads, making sure ideas are categorized correctly, and - most importantly - communicating to you where we are with each unique suggestion that has been submitted.
We’re excited to unveil our new and improved community to all of you. When we come back, we hope that you’ll join us in improving our new Hulu experience, together.
