Episode 1

The B4 ward is shut and Kim, Den, and Pippa have moved to a new ward, K2, at neighboring St Jude's. Despite the new location, old patients and old problems abound.

Episode 2

The appearance of Dr Kersley hints at changes for B4. Vag-At research is underway and the staff each has their own problems to deal with, that is until Dr Moore's French press steals the show.

Episode 3

Hypochondriacal Mrs Dethick is re-admitted to K2, adding to Den's problems. Kim unexpected help and Pippa benefits from hidden talents. Megan has difficulty finding support for the upcoming strike.

Episode 4

Kim quits smoking, Den has a secret, and Hilary is on the prowl for budget cuts. Dealing with a private patient bring the ward to a boiling point. Life at home also becomes tumultuous - Den's temporarily homeless, Kim's mentorless, and Pippa's in a rage.

Episode 5

Mrs Dethick is back and Damaris is gone. The Vag-At is going well, at least until a Christmas card competition creates complications. Pippa has a moment with Hansley and Mrs Dethick gets bad news.

Episode 6

An artist arrives on K2 to set up a children's art project. Pippa attracts attention from a couple of doctors who also have a surprise for Den. Kim confesses Dave has a job offer in Iraq. Pippa celebrates the successful Vag-At research with Josh.
