SUMMARY

Hulu’s Integrated Marketing team is seeking a Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing who will be an exceptional addition to our team. As a Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing at Hulu, you will join a thriving team dedicated to building world-class advertising solutions that solve our advertiser business problems, while driving revenue for Hulu. The right person for this role is a creative and strategic marketing thinker, comfortable wearing many hats and shifting from various core disciplines of marketing during the course of the day, thrives on developing internal and external relationships to help drive innovation, and has the ability to hit the ground sprinting and work from experience. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Supervise two Managers and one Associate, providing strategic business oversight and career development
  • Advance integrated marketing efforts to develop best-in-class opportunities for brands to align with and integrate into our growing slate of content
  • Develop market-leading ad sales opportunities by collaborating with and influencing multiple internal constituencies
  • Lead high-level proactive pitches and RFP responses, requiring extensive cross-functional collaboration
  • Act as the face of Hulu Integrated Marketing within sales and client meetings, presenting and advising on Hulu sponsorship opportunities
  • Identify and implement the streamlining and evolution of internal processes and tools, improving speed to market and effectiveness
  • Advocate the need for ad sales and the importance of advertising solutions development with partner groups to increase revenue

WHAT TO BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years of experience in ad sales marketing and integrated marketing across a variety of industries from network, agency, or servicing a sales organization
  • 5+ years of managerial experience
  • A holistic perspective of our industry, utilizing point of view of sales, content, product teams, agency partners and clients, to effectively strategize how to best serve brand partners, our viewers, and revenue streams
  • Background in both linear and digital advertising
  • Clear examples of strategic and creative thought
  • Understanding of content development/production, specifically with regards to co-branding and integrations
  • Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
  • Relentlessly positive attitude, well-developed problem-solving skills, and a kind-yet-assertive nature
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to multitask and balance a demanding
  • Atypical high quality bar
