SUMMARY

Hulu’s Talent and Organization (TAO) team is seeking a Receptionist who will provide excellent guest and team member support in the San Antonio office. As the Contract Receptionist for Hulu San Antonio, you will be focused primarily on clerical duties and program assistance specifically supporting TAO teams such as Workplace Experience, Talent Management and HR Operations. You will also be responding appropriately to any inquiry as a central source of information. Additionally, you will sit alongside our Security Guard and together ensure a safe and secure environment. The right person for this role is detail oriented, possesses high reasoning, and has a real passion for developing an environment that is friendly, secure and properly represents the Hulu brand.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Deliver consistent high-quality customer service and support including, but not limited to, perform:Workplace Experience Support
  • Greet and assist guests
  • You will assist with development and updates to security and reception policies and procedures
  • You will assist Hulugans with inquiries: directions, parking, badges, etc.
  • Practice basic security administration and practices, including generating security badges
  • Ergonomics supply ordering and distribution
  • General front desk responsibilities including, but not limited to, data entry, signing for packages, generating reports, etc.
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned
  • Talent Management/HR Operations Support
  • You will assist with Nulugan onboarding
  • You will assist with launching and completing I-9’s and administering background checks
  • Assist in providing a warm and inviting interview process
  • Live paycheck distribution and data entry
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned

WHAT TO BRING

  • 2 years of professional experience in a receptionist role
  • Highly organized and efficient Real passion for customer service and improving customer experiences Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat

NICE-TO-HAVES

  • 2-4 year degree from an accredited college/university
