SUMMARY

Hulu’s Business Enablement team is seeking a Manager who will be an exceptional addition to our New York-based Sales and Sales Operations team. As an enthusiastic Manager of Business Enablement at Hulu, you will be responsible for managing the processes that drive increased productivity of sales and sales support teams across Hulu. Reporting to the Director of Business Enablement, this role will develop, manage, and execute plans to deliver process improvement, define roles and responsibilities, and increase system automation.  The right person for this role will have the ability to understand a complex landscape and creatively work with a diverse team to provide solutions. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Define creative solutions to simplify Hulu’s sales process and increase sales efficiencies
  • Organize, motivate and collaborate with business stakeholders to determine the best way to re-engineer and consolidate sales processes and systems
  • Drive implementation of process and automation improvements across the campaign lifecycle including project launch, adoption and optimization
  • Execute a sales and sales support ongoing training program
  • Frontline with Ad Sales Product team on initial requirements gathering
  • Relentless focus on metrics to prioritize initiatives, drive accountability and measure impact of process improvement and automation efforts
  • Keep up to date with emerging digital platforms, identifying those with benefit, scaling the opportunity and helping advise on implementation
  • Act as an internal systems expert, leveraging system capabilities to identify process improvements across work streams to optimize business operations
  • Special projects

WHAT TO BRING

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in media, advertising, sales or process re-engineering
  • A solid understanding of Ad Tech, in particular around Ad Servers, Proposal Management/Traffic Systems, Programmatic and Data/DMP/CDP platforms
  • Expert problem solving and analytical abilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, both technical and non-technical
  • Experience and comfort with presenting and training in front of large groups
  • Detail oriented, and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks in warp-speed marketplace and work environment
  • Thought leader with track record of identifying and implementing process improvement
  • The ability to distill complex media, advertising, and technology concepts into clear and simple marketing outputs

NICE-TO-HAVES

  • Familiarity with Operative, Salesforce.com
  • Firm understanding of digital video marketplace, vendors, and third-party technologies
