Hulu’s Talent and Organization (TAO) team is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our growing team in Santa Monica. As a Technical Recruiter at Hulu, you must be a strategic partner to your team members and the clients you support.  This means brainstorming, experimenting, collaborating and iterating quickly to identify and implement the right approaches in getting world class talent in our door.  You will need to build trust and credibility when working with different styles across the team and business. If you are someone who thrives in a collaborate environment, obsesses over details, and has experience recruiting top tier technical talent, then this is a great role for you. 


  • Provide full life cycle, recruiting support for a wide range of roles within Product Management, Program Management and Engineering teams
  • Take a consultative role with hiring managers
  • Use a combination of recruiting techniques to creatively evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent
  • Act as advocate for both clients and candidates throughout hiring process, establish regular touch points and be diligent with follow through
  • Provide a high touch experience with candidates and hiring managers alike
  • Track, maintain, and improve recruitment metrics 


  • 6+ years of in-house technical recruiting experience, focused in the media, tech, or advertising industries
  • Proven track record of supporting product management teams through high-growth
  • An established history of collaborating with senior business leaders from top-tier companies
  • Strong communication skills and business acumen necessary to interact with candidates, hiring managers and senior leaders within the organization
  • Proven and successful track record of engaging, selling and recruiting senior technical talent
  • An analytical mindset that understands the importance of tracking metrics, both individual and team goals to increase performance
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and can quickly prioritize when presented with a list of all ‘top priority’ situations
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Jobvite a plus)
  • Experience with relocation programs
  • BA/BS Degree
