Hulu’s Content Marketing team is seeking a Content Scheduling and Prioritization Manager who will be an exceptional addition to our growing team.  The core mission of the Content Scheduling and Prioritization Manager team is to schedule, prioritize, leverage and optimize the best of Hulu’s content across the organization’s efforts in subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention by leveraging data analytics, analyzing the competitive marketplace, and working across teams in addition to with senior executives to help inform strategy and drive through execution. As the Content Scheduling and Prioritization Manager, you will play a critical role in structuring the overall strategic approach that showcases the depth, breadth and exclusivity of content Hulu has to offer. You will work cross functionally to evaluate insights and recommend content strategy and will play an integral role in communications within marketing as well as across teams. The ideal candidate needs to exhibit a high level of independent thinking, has a strong attention to detail, sets a high bar for him/herself, likes to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways, can work independently, is intellectually curious and is an innovator.   • Leverage market and behavior data, audience research to drive data and analytics that determine effective scheduling strategies and identify scheduling gaps and audience segment opportunities
  • Analyze competitive marketplace, new subscriber acquisition/brand/content marketing strategies, and work across teams and with senior manager to continuously optimize and recommend content priorities and monitor performance
  • Strategize and author business documents and reports to recommend new business initiatives in relation to scheduling and prioritization of content as well as communicate state of the business
  • Help inform the strategy of scalable targeting and audience segmentation to create maximum impact by leveraging the right content, to the right user/potential user, at the right time
  • Other projects as assigned


  • 3-5 years of professional experience with demonstrated success in the key responsibilities for this role
  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power Point; good working knowledge of the rest of the Microsoft business suite
  • Highly competent with quantitative data analysis and utilizing data to drive decision-making
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A detail-oriented, well-organized mindset, with a high sense of urgency
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, change priorities seamlessly, and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
