Hulu’s Marketing team is seeking a(n) Senior Product Marketing Manager who will be an exceptional addition to our Subscriber Lifecycle and Engagement team. As a(n) Product Marketing Manager at Hulu, you will help to inform the product strategy by understanding and prioritizing user needs, developing go-to-market strategies to drive awareness and adoption - and leading cross-functional teams to bring solutions and features to Hulu subscribers. The Product Marketing Manager will be accountable for maintaining the overall health of existing subscribers, including driving engagement and reducing churn. The right person for this role  will draw upon a robust consumer marketing background, intimate knowledge of user experiences/segment journeys and analytical rigor to grow, engage and retain viewers.   • Adopt a viewer-centric approach to product planning by identifying, analyzing and prioritizing user/segment needs
  • Create and execute strategies and marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, product adoption and market leadership
  • Lead the go-to-market strategies for dynamic product initiatives that span across multiple areas of the viewer-experience
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing and other key stakeholders to ensure the broader team is aligned toward a viewer-centric product experience
  • Utilize insights to better understand our customers and industry, including competitive information to drive appropriate messaging and competitive positioning
  • Partner with analytics and finance to deliver detailed and comprehensive business requirement documentation that aims to resolve user pain points and maps to key and clear Hulu business objectives
  • Establish KPIs for product launches and rollouts in alignment with product leads
  • Increase the CSAT and NPS scores to increase Hulu’s position in the market
  • Collaborate with Product Management to refine the product value proposition and positioning
  • Enable ongoing connectivity between Product teams and other key stakeholders  


  • 5 - 8 years of product marketing experience
  • Strong leadership and management skills; proven success leading a high-performing cross-functional team/s
  • Excellent people skills to collaborate with cross-functional partners and stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and processes
  • Exceptional analytical skills; strong focus on ROI
  • Entrepreneurial, creative, organized, self-motivated with attention to detail


  • MBA in marketing or strategy
  • Familiarity with digital entertainment consumption trends
