Hulu's Marketing team is seeking an Associate Content Marketing Manager within the Licensed Content Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and relationship-based marketer who can combine their entertainment marketing experience, analytical skills and creative insight to build best of class campaigns and drive awareness and engagement of licensed content on Hulu. You will bring a consistent track record of strategic acumen, crafting and executing campaigns, and support the primary marketing contact for select partners. You are highly organized, ambitious, focused, and able to work effectively cross-departmentally to understand key players, communicate effectively among them and gain buy-in. This position requires you to hit the ground sprinting and the ability to work from experience is critical, as is a strong understanding of the television and film industry.


  • Develop and execute marketing plans/briefs for our licensed campaigns that extend and improve our ability to reach new and existing audiences while reaching show specific and company goals
  • Work cross-functionally with key partners across Marketing, Product, Research, Growth, Legal, Creative and Analytics to develop business insights to drive subscriber growth
  • In-depth analysis and reporting on campaign efficiency to better optimize spend and find opportunities to improve customer value
  • Work with external marketing partners to develop content and creative strategy, negotiate incremental support and implement content marketing campaigns/initiatives
  • Set the short- and long-term strategy for select licensed campaigns and manage development of associated creative assets to drive audience engagement, acquisition and upsell as well as broadened Hulu awareness
  • Manage relationships with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns; in particular, coordinate in lockstep with other marketing functions, including Email marketing, Social, Creative, Media and PR to ensure campaigns align with overall initiatives and timelines
  • Support additional promotional activities as needed


  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in marketing and proven history of executing content marketing campaigns
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Experience and solid of understand of media/advertising in the entertainment market
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to partner with multiple partners in a team environment
  • Past experience producing content for specific digital channels (Social, CRM, Paid Media, etc.)
  • Highly skilled in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Superb work ethic and positive, can-do attitude
  • A sincere love for television and film and desire to change the status quo


  • Experience working with subscription-based Premium add-on networks (e.g. HBO, Showtime, etc.) is preferable, but not required
