Hulu’s Self-Service Ad Platform team is seeking a Director, Inside Sales who will lead all aspects of the group. As the Director, you will drive your team’s success to reach and exceed quotas for Ad Sales revenue generated by the platform. The right person for this role will coordinate and lead a high volume of small and medium-sized business accounts. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead the Hulu Self-service Ad Platform sales team.
- This team will establish relationships with marketers and help them optimize their advertising campaigns to get results for their business.
- This sales team will collaborate with our Advertisers by providing consulting services and technical support to help them demonstrate their use of our advertising platform for maximum impact.
- Develop your team to prospect and sell direct clients and agencies advertising campaigns on Hulu.
- Ability to manage a high volume of small and medium-sized business accounts.
- Implement a strategy for thoughtful customer relations with advertisers on the platform and active selling by the team to close and find opportunities to improve advertising campaigns from existing clients using the platform.
- Tackle problems and call out when necessary any concerns raised by marketers/clients.
- Communicate with and partner across internal teams (Ad Sales Product, Ad Sales Operations, Marketing, Research, Analytics, Finance, Sales Leads).
