Hulu's high-performance Ad Operations team is seeking multitalented people to help provide the world’s most effective advertising service.   • Support display and video ad campaigns for Fortune 1000 advertisers, including trafficking order entry into proprietary ad server, coordination of campaign targeting, and creative scheduling
  • Processing and validation of video commercials and other ad asset materials
  • Manage client and sales communication specifically in regards to 3rd party vendors, tags, ad specs and reporting capabilities
  • Pull pacing and delivery reporting in preparation for Campaign Manager review and analysis
  • Review, implementation, and knowledge of 3rd party publisher and vendor tags
  • Prepare client facing screenshot decks
  • Knowledge of all ad creative and site specifications for compliance as well as functionality
  • Troubleshoot ad tag and reporting discrepancies between Hulu and various third party vendors
  • On-call support may be required for after-hours troubleshooting and other ad related emergencies


  • Bachelor’s Degree from a top 4-yr university program
  • Customer service mentality; professional communication skills, both internally and externally with customers
  • Ability to articulate thoughts and concepts fluidly, and a personality that quickly builds rapport and professional relationships
  • Quick learner; critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to quickly learn and grow new productivity software application tools


  • Basic understanding of the digital online advertising ecosystem
  • 1 year relevant digital media or advertising working or internship experience
  • Coursework in Business Administration, Media, Advertising, or Marketing
  • Ad Trafficking experience preferred
  • Strong interest in the digital media, advertising, and emerging technology industries
  • Technical orientation: love and comfort with all things tech, including consumer websites, website development, user interfaces, mobile and video game devices
  • Familiarity and comfort with basic web programming languages (HTML, JavaScript) or web design applications (Flash, Photoshop).
