Hulu’s Ad Tech and Platform Management (ATP) team is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst who will be an exceptional addition to our Ad Platform Operations team in our Santa Monica Headquarters. As a SFDC Business Analyst at Hulu, you will be responsible for the evolution and enhancement of our Sales Operations application. The ideal candidate has Sales Cloud experience, technical Salesforce knowledge, and experience working with a digital media sales organization.   • Partner with business leaders to drive new initiatives forward and to ensure adoption of existing business processes
  • Build tight working relationships and trust with the Hulu sales team and sales leadership
  • Liaise and manage a collection of external SFDC development partners
  • Establish best practices and drive training/adoption of SFDC related processes
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues with Salesforce and Hulu sales systems
  • Capture and map business processes and requirements
  • Assist with functional requirements, gap analysis, and application architecture
  • Evaluate and enforce governance in our consolidated backlog
  • Create and/or update requirement, process, functional, and technical documentation
  • Participate in change management process
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions


  • BA/BS degree or equivalent required, MBA preferred
  • 5+ years in dedicated BA roles for CRM consulting and implementation experience, experience in gathering requirements for least three full cycle SFDC implementations
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in consulting, service operations, or project management
  • Experience working with a digital media sales team
  • Sales Cloud Consultant certification
  • Understanding of Sales Cloud concepts and processes
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to execute on multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with great business sense
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and pick up new skill sets quickly


  • 2+ years in dedicated Agile or Scrum environments, certification is a plus
  • Administrator Certification
  • Platform Developer 1
