SUMMARY

Hulu is seeking a National Sales Planner to join a dynamic Planning team in our New York office. For this role, we are looking for a highly detailed and organized individual. You should display a dedication to learning and growing in a high energy, fast paced environment. In addition to this, you should be a strong communicator who has the ability to build and maintain impactful relationships, both internally and externally. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Support your assigned National Sales team in executing and facilitating Pre-Sale and Post-Sale functions, including:
  • Managing the RFP process from proposal generation to order entry and post-campaign tasks
  • Maintaining the pipeline in collaboration with your Sales team
  • Executing budget revisions, including incremental spends and cancellations
  • Working cross functionally with varying departments, such as Ad Ops, Analytics, Integrated Marketing, Research, etc. to help fulfill a variety of client requests
  • Collaborating closely with the Ad Ops team to execute campaigns, implement optimizations, and address reporting needs
  • Work in partnership with the Finance team to assist with the billing process
  • Assisting in the preparation and follow-up for client meetings
  • Reviewing trades and pull industry and account-specific information to help drive revenue growth

WHAT TO BRING

  • 1-2 years prior experience in the TV and/or Digital advertising landscape, ideally in media planning and/or buying
  • Proficiency in media math
  • Knowledge of the TV landscape is beneficial
  • An excitement to work in a collaborative Ad Sales team environment
  • A positive approach towards day to day tasks along with a creative approach to problem-solving
  • Strong attention to detail and robust organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with Excel and PowerPoint are required
  • Familiarity of Operative.One is beneficial
