Hulu’s Partnerships and Distribution team is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Partnerships and FVOD Audience Development.  In this role your primary responsibility will be to grow Hulu’s SVOD and Live TV subscribers in cooperation with enterprise partners like Spotify, American Express and others.  You will also be responsible for growing Hulu’s free video on demand (FVOD) audience reach through distribution partnerships with companies like Yahoo, AOL, Time Inc., NY Post and others.  You will take the lead in defining goals, identifying opportunities, securing commitment from internal and external stakeholders, and meeting annual subscriber, financial and audience targets.  The right person has outstanding business development, strategic vision, consensus building, leadership and execution skills.  They have extensive experience in business and relationship development and an ability to effectively operate in a hybrid media and technology company.  If you are focused, candid, can do and selfless, then this is a great job for you.


  • Enterprise Partnerships
  • Set overall strategy for Enterprise partnerships - a key growth area for Hulu
  • Oversee existing large enterprise partnerships with companies like Spotify and others
  • ’Farm’ partnerships over time and in cooperation with key internal stakeholders
  • Establish medium and long term partnership plans for each Tier 1 Enterprise partner
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Product, Dev, Marketing, Legal etc.)
  • Leverage strategic knowledge to ‘hunt’ for new industry verticals and high-impact partners
  • Explore innovative models in consultation with partners and Hulu stakeholders
  • Lead negotiation efforts, spanning high-level strategy and tactical execution
  • Work shoulder to shoulder with Product, Dev and Marketing teams to launch new offerings
  • Own partner relationships long-term in cooperation with key internal constituents
  • Identify, establish and drive partnership opportunities in new product areas (e.g. Data etc.)
  • Audience Development
  • Oversee existing FVOD audience partnerships with companies like Yahoo, Time Inc. etc.
  • Develop medium/long term FVOD business and product vision with key stakeholders
  • Drive improvement of Hulu’s FVOD value proposition to existing and new partners
  • Work with Hulu content team and partners to enhance Hulu’s FVOD content offering
  • Prospect for new FVOD audience partners and drive Hulu ubiquity in the marketplace
  • Lead negotiation efforts, spanning high-level strategy and tactical execution
  • Secure strong placement and promotion from all FVOD partners
  • Manage Hulu’s VR efforts, building the brand while managing costs
