Great variety of problems from resourceful writers. Wonderful cast and equally talented roster of guest actors.
While I immensely enjoy seeing Kudrow's snobbish, patronizing, in-denial, overly-confident character conniving, squirming, and trying her best to appear calm and composed in the face of terrible revelations about her private life, this character is merely a continuation of her other character from a previous series, The Comeback. I do hope to see the talented Ms. Kudrow stretch her ability furthermore.
The clock in the background stays frozen on Friday, 12:40:49 PM. It's beside the point of the show, but if you are going to use a make-believe web-chat on a computer screen, perhaps a working time clock would be a good detail.
Because each episode is very short, the show would do better to do away with the Intro ("Hi, I am Fiona Wallice, and this is Web Therapy") or have a much shorter intro. Also, at Hulu, each short episode preceded by an ad can get annoying once you see several episodes in a row. This should be treated as a "clip" and only has a voice-over announcement of the ad ("This episode is brought to you by Acme Company"). Of course I understand that the experience would be different when one watches just an episode per week.
