good acting and plot (maybe). The funniest thing is that they glamorize American medicine, been that in USA we have the worst medicine in the world relative to the horrendous cost ... this is not just funny, but horrific too ... health care providers making tons of money and they are not even accountable of all the disaster that they cause; the drug industry ripping people's off and lying through their teeth and the American population kissing their booths, been totally deceived and having the illusion of a good medical care.
