Actually, Bob Harper recently converted to vegetarianism, though you still see him promoting lean meats on the show. I guess that's because it's easier to give them something low fat and low calorie that he knows they will eat rather than beans and tofu that they may not like. However, if you watch the episode where they go out to eat at the Mexican restaurant, you will see him ordering the same thing as Jillian but asking for the meat to be left off the dish. Did you also notice that this thing was swaying on the water. The balance beam that you use in gymnastics doesn't move...at least not much. Also they all had to be on it before anyone could get off. This contributed to the movement. See 3 other replies

i'm so rooting for shay, don't get me wrong i want all of them to lose weight but i feel for shay i too am almost her weight and i know how she feels when shopping for clothes and you think to your self ok size 30\32 this is the end of the line its moomoos if you gain any more, so my heart gos out to you shay keep up the good work.

im gonna get crap for this i know it...
i did tumbling on 4 inches wide.. 6 seems huge! but i do understand that it would be much more difficult for these people to use balance and coordination on something small like that. but looking at the video i totally thought it was like 3 inches wide or something. 6 makes it possible to do for them i think... now to find out!
