Can't be a Lost sequel... remember Penelope Widemore (gorgeous woman)... the daughter of one of the shows MAIN antagonists... well she's Olivia... a MAIN character on this show... I have a hard time seeing the Lost sequel. A couple of the characters are from Lost so how would they tie them into a new story with different character profiles. Also, there was a poster on the side of a passing bus for Desperate Housewives. I think it's just ABC being cute and dropping in ads for their other shows. See 5 other replies

The blackout is a result of the final move of the island's location.
The energy source actually gives way for the final time sending an electro magnetic shock throughout the world causing everyone to blackout.

I was looking for a trailer/preview of this show and ended up starting the first episode, just to check it out. I couldn't stop watching it. Before I knew it, I had viewed the entire first episode, and I'm left hungry for more.

This is the best quality television to come along in a while. I love the way the story unfolds, the way the background of the lead character is laid out for us, and the actors are terrific and perfectly cast.

At first, I thought the concept would be too far fetched, but the writing is so well done that it draws you in and makes it seem feasible. Presenting clues to the Mosaic, right from the start, gets the viewer engaged immediately.

Graphic in nature, this is not for the faint of heart. It portrays a version of how such a concept just might actually look. I appreciate that it does not 'dumb down' the situation and lets the viewer think it through.

I suspect this is going to attract a strong fan base. Great job!
