Interesting drama, but the thick cockney accent is nearly impossible to interpret at times. The film would have been much more enjoyable if closed captioning were available.

This movie is so far outside of reality. There is no existing "personality disorder," or any psychiatric diagnosis where one can go for a job test/interview and then be taken away by ambulance and forced into compulsory psychiatric treatment. Also, mental patients don't act like the group of characters in this movie, that's Hollywood-style bogus. And what was the "treatment"? There was none, just a big room where everybody sat around. Two thumbs down on this movie.

Great movie, it hurt my heart too, and i don't see what is funny here. Yeah, it's original movie, and this would likely happend to some people. I don't think so this movie could hits the theater, maybe cause i think those kind of movies shouldn't be watching with lot of others people. You have to feel what's going on in this movie and you have to open your heart a little, and i don't think you could open your heart in the crowd.

This was thought provoking and nice, it hurt my heart too. This movie may seem to show some extremely unreal situations, but I bet they are more real than some would like to believe.

The accent was hard to understand, but the movie is worth it. Its not too deep but will stay with you. The type of movie you can watch again and again and its better everytime.As far as Poppy, maybe she is the victom of her enviroment, But equally, she could have been a "nutter". It didn't take her long to "break down". All the evidence that she was sane was told by a mentally ill person. Like the viewing room having nurses selling popcorn? Maybe she really was crazy, maybe she didn't go for a "training assement", maybe after everything that has happened to her(mom, husband, job). She really did go crazy. Why would no one would help her and her best friend said she had seen it coming? Or maybe she was the victum as she was portrayed, either way there is a clear social problem. But I like that the two ideas are equally possible, either it made her crazy or she was so crazy she didnt know it.I did not get how the caveman relates directly to the story? Whos the caveman whom escapes. Ann or Poppy??

Why did I find out about this movie from hulu? Movies like this should be what hits theaters, not movies like oo000oOOooh "Marely and me" or o00ooOOOoo "transformers" ... or like that movie with the blue monster that totally looks like a wiener... probably some kind of sick animation joke. The accents are a little hard to understand... but it didn't make a difference to me.
