Hulu - The Office: Parkour!

It's not called "parkour" because they're mimicking a French military tactic. "Freerunning" started as just a contemporary thing and somewhere down the line "parkour" just as the word, got attached because of the similarities.

Sadly, Parkour was invented as simplistic, the point was not to "get from point A to point B as creatively as possible" but as efficiently and simply as possible. The Bond film is a good example, since in a life or death situation, you'd want to move efficiently through space, without wasting steps or energy. Sadly, Parkour is now connected, as in this episode, to "freestyle running" and similar hobbies. The examples in the show are EXACTLY the OPPOSITE of Parkour.

Not trying to be a know-it-all or stomp on the show; just trying to defend a philosophically sound exercise from silly freestyle running jokes. See 4 other replies

I remember seeing this in the Bond movie, Casino Royale and thinking how cool it looked..Never tried it out, but I'm guessing its tougher than it looks. :)

I died laughing seeing this but the all time best intro they ever had was when dwight had the fire drill. Now that one is just classic.

this is the second best opening, second to the cheeseball throwing last season.
