the collection isn't special. at first i thought it was going to be a high fashion show but this is obviously for mainstream. they used kids for pete's sake. avril did very poorly on her interview. she didn't sell her line of clothes, which it needed bc her clothes couldn't sell themselves.

Is it just me, or did she seem very awkward and unnatural? The hair, the dress, the mannerisms all seemed to make her look very very out of it. I think she's trying too hard.

The clothes were okay, but nothing really spectacular. Even the outfits seemed trying too hard to look Hot Topic while she's trying too hard to be... Punk Peggy Bundy.

Man, I used to love her, now I'm just not sure.

Avril Lavigne used to be hot and her style was great. Very boring clothes in this fashion show and Avril's not looking as attractive herself. I guess the clothes were appropriate for Kohl's. Here's a fashion tip: preppy is the next big thing. Clean cut hair, khakis, conservatism. Think Mad Men and Ivy League, Izod, Polo, etc. Avril is behind the curve.

What's up with the bleached hair? She looks like she's just copying all the other young female celebs.... Her clothing wasn't that great either.... She used to look a lot more "hip" and cute... Someone you'd want to meet... Not anymore.... Wonder if her new style will carry over into her music.....

You wonder why Avril is pushing the teenage grunge look, then you realise she is the same size as those 12 year olds at the front of her show. Real friends tell you when your stuff is passe, spring fashion 2010 more like spring fashion 2003.

Cute styles for young teens. The older models looked a bit wonky in those kid fashions though. Maybe in the next 20 years or so it will be normal to wear kid's fashions into adulthood but I don't think the market is quite there yet. Avril herself never gave up the "omg lyke I luv hot topic, lets go shopping!" thing, and she's what, 24 now?
But now that I think of it, I might be wrong.
