if race was significant ,i would have to admit that i'm african-american,however,it is not. Most of you thought this movie was stereotypical,so pardon my disagreeing. In this movie there is a poor black girl raised in the hood..which is true for most of us,including myself..There is also the prestigous white woman..which is also true for quiet a number of them as well...Those were not stereotypes, but simply facts no one likes to talk about. I LOVED THIS MOVIE, because the black girl was able to diffuse the STEREOTYPE that all black people are ill mannered and obstreperous...while the white lady was able to dismiss the STEREOTYPE that all white people are egotistical and stuck in the mindset that they are the superior race to all others.the movie is a great watch ! It reminds you of whats significant in life , like love..& whats insignificant, like race.....who cares that its a low budget film , i assume your on Hulu because its free.[i WATCH IT YOU"LL( L O V E )IT:):):) -Tabriesha
