It was enjoyable, even with all the way too obvious predictions and therefore lack of interest by the production crew. They just slapped the idea on the table and here we have it. But I was a bit pleased with it (WOW, Tia Carrera looked HOT here [I have never thought of her like that]). I MOSTLY agree with Charles Poole that had the love interests been reversed with teacher and student, male/female, we might have more negative comments ON THAT from professed Righteous Sayers. Still, this IS a movie so it would be mostly fine with any one studying film either way. BTW: is Jason London from Party Of Five?

i totally agree with you when you say that this is the kind of movie you curl up to watch late at night, it really is. It was funny but had the perfect amount of romance, it displayed high school life well, it was a really enjoyable movie. I also love the essence this gave of friendship.

This movie is the kind you curl up late at night to watch after a hard day and just relax. It gets you reminiscing about high school, about experiences, good or bad. It's not a high maintenance movie. To all you movie reviewing divas out there, you do not watch a movie called My teacher's Wife to get mentally stimulated. Stop bashing it and enjoy for what it is, a nice little story to fall asleep to. And let's face it, teenage boys everywhere wish this story was theirs.

It amazes me what scripts get funding to be made! This is a script that is more suited to a no budget college short and not actual funding.

Brings back memories of being back in school and having that crush on that older woman, These people on here that talk bad about this film, were the prude's and prolly still are, as for Tia, i'd marry that woman in a heartbeat, and treat her like gold. I always liked her in movies....
