I saw the end of this film when I was a little kid. So therefore, I grew up wanting to watch the whole film; And I finally did. There's a lot of talking, but that's because the 70's and 80's films were very concern with how personal we could get (from and audiences perspective) into the characters personality. I believe the whole film works, although it would have been nice to see more of Sly's relationship with his girlfriend. Well acted, scripted, directed, photographed, and edited. A film that any one can really enjoy.
