Must be made to be in a "Vintage 1972" style. Wow, technology was just so "Vintage". CUTE movie if ya look at it that way. This is a true Saturday morning children's show.

... but the 1912 Conan Doyle novel is better.This is one instance when a visit to your local library would be a better use of time.

Interesting movie...lol. Technology seems to have been a little late on this one as I thought better was available at that time. Maybe the Imagineers were sought for input? Entertaining but lame entertainment considering some of the scenes could have been more dramatic...what was with the collar that looked like it would fall off without too much trouble, freeing a dinosaur in a 'modern' world not too bright either, and the natives chasing the interlopers who were armed with guns. Not one spear was thrown when the chance was presented although it looked like one of the natives was shot. I would have thought that would have been enough to make the rest run but it apparently takes something more neolithic like boulders.

This is the best movie ever about someone’s pet exotic flying animal getting loose in a chancy climate.(Obviously the collar is designed to fall off after it has collected sufficient data.)
