I did some research and apparently life on Earth ends sooner than this video might lead you to believe.
According to wikipedia - the luminosity of the sun is increaseing by 10% for every 1 billion years.
"The increase in solar temperatures is such that already in about a billion years, the surface of the Earth will become too hot for liquid water to exist, ending all terrestrial life."
However terrestrial life may have already ended by that point - for as Earth becomes a global desert, carbon-dioxide levels are expected to drop. "At a certain point - which one study indicates may be in 500 million years - there would not be enough carbon-dioxide left to support photosynthesis, and most plants would die. The remaining plants would not be sufficient to support a biosphere."
However - before that happens - we still have global warming to worry about. Some studies indicate that it could drastically destabilize the global climate in as little as 100 years. And - if so - that would only be the beginning.
For our sake I hope we find some way to survive these coming crises.
