Egypt (11th largest military in the world... 450,000 active personnel), South Africa (Probably best equipped on the continent but with only 74,000 active troops), Ethiopia (over 100,000 active troops...)... To name three African nations with serious military presence on the continent... Of course the combined military funding for all three, including American foreign aid is less than the cost of that hammer the U.S. DoD just bought to fix that door out at Edward's Airforce base... Or that box of paper-clips in the non-existent supply closet in the 6th corner of the pentagon, but both South Africa and Egypt have military budgets in the multiple Billions of dollars... Also I would like to add that while maybe not thee most well equipped and/or largest armies inviting at least two of these African nations to the disclosure meeting would have made sense because they would be pivotal stable nations to provide logistical practical military bases for the defense of the continent of Africa in case of...
