It can be difficult to reconcile your feelings with your needs. Her decision to divorce Charlie came while he was off in other countries doing his thing. Easier decision to make when you aren't looking them in the eye. Now that he's back, she is realizing that the feelings didn't just disappear, but she knows it is best for her to stick to her guns.

That being said, Jill is a boring character. Even with this personal drama. See 4 other replies

Yes, Pleeeeeeeeease! That supposed romance with Jill and Hank was lukewarm, boring, and unbelievable. Give Hank a more challenging love interest. How about a spoiled, wealthy type that he is attracted to almost against his will? Or maybe a beautiful, vulnerable woman who is being abused by her husband. We would like to see Hank try to rescue her.
C'mon! It's not that hard to get an interesting romance going, is it? The writers need to read a few Harlequin Romance novels or something. See 3 other replies
