i think he was referring to the fact that dealing drugs is a non violent crime. it's not very nice, but it's far from murder or rape. actually it's very nice, if it's weed they're dealing.

This is the result of California's '3 strikes and your out' law. To many people in for non-violent crimes( drug dealing, theft, and burglary), doing 25 years to life. Its costing the tax payers over $50,000 yearly to house ONE INMATE, not including medical cost which runs $60,000 yearly or more depending on their age. No wonder California is so f'en broke!

For those of you that haven't figured this whole thing out let me be the first to tell you that California's prison system is a business, and if you are going to invest your money into ANYTHING I would go for the prison industry...lol

Victimless hu? tell that to the 14 year old kid strung out on drugs or dealing with hiv from using a infected needle or a 16 year old girl's mother who is burying her child because the girl O.D'ed or got a bad batch of drugs.

thats what happens when you incarcerate every victimless criminal dealing drugs.

I thought it was funny that the guy who was trying to hide his face around 7 mins, the camera man zooms in on the mirrow so you could see it.
