It's from one of the episodes that isn't on here, but in 3.19 when Bill is drunk he's looking at the picture on Dave's desk and says his mom is sexy, then when Dave tells him that's Lisa he says "Now I don't feel so bad for trying to picture her naked." But later in the scene after Dave takes it back you can see it's just a picture of her face. See 2 other replies

can they make up their mind what Dave's desk is gonna have on it? one episode he has a laptop others a desk top computer.

In 2.11 he also says "Yours in not to reason why, yours is but to do and die" was by Keats but it was actually Alfred Tennyson. Bill reminds me of The Angry Beavers how Norbert would mispronounce big words trying to sound smart. See 6 other replies

This episode apparently pissed off NBC because the night it was aired NBC had planned to have three comedies include weddings and the fourth (this one) to include a funeral as to capitalize on the popularity of the movie "Three Weddings and a Funeral". When "NewsRadio" ended up doing the episode as a funeral for a rat, NBC wasn't exactly pleased since that was not what they had in mind.
