Well, that’s it. No more “My mother, the car.” Quite possibly one of the wackiest TV shows that ever aired. This episode was a great send off to the season. Right from the beginning you’ll find yourself yelling at Dave for his stupidity. There are so many times they could have changed this whole situation around, but failed because of Dave. Even the kids seemed cooler under the heat of a gun they this buffoon.
The thing that really gets to me is that this show was just starting to turn around. The last few episodes had little or nothing to do about Dave’s mother, the car. They were actual episodes that just so happen to have a talking car in them. Why didn’t they start doing this much earlier in the season? If they did I would now be watching Season 2 of this great show. Ah, well. Maybe I’ll give “ALF” a try. That lasted for more than one season. I hope.
