Wish I had the opportunity to hop over to Tanzania but was only able to visit Kenya and Uganda. I got all those fun shots too Zane; although, I had them spread out over a month's time. I really liked Tusker and have a very funny story about trying to get a 6 pack back in the US. I have a bunch of fun stories actually and would liked to have tried a few more drinks while in that area. I first had a Tusker while at a country club in Kenya where Plepleus and his friends jumped out of trees and stole my golf balls. Also, talk about a small world, when I see somebody I know who lives 15 miles up the road in the states from me while in Kenya at the Kitale country club. Also, when Zane looked freaked out at the end with the meat on the back of the bike, eat yamachuma; I'm really not sure what it is (maybe goat sometimes) but it's a bag of meat and it's really good. I'll finish with my Tusker story. On the way to Kenya was the whole liquid bomb scare fiasco so on the way back became a little difficult. I bought a 6 pack of Tusker in the airport thinking it wasn't a big deal if i brought it as a carry on. Yeah, didn't work. Had to check it. I figured it would be checked to my final destination in NY, but it wasn't. It only made it to London so I had to go through customs to get my bag, check it again and get back through security and make my flight all within 3 hours. I barely made it. I pick up my bag in NY and completely forget it's in there. I walk through the security check point, at this time I am beat because I didn't sleep at all on the flight, and security almost tackles me when they find out there is a liquid substance in my bag announcing there is a serious violation. I then tell them there is beer in my bag and ask them if I can drink it before moving forward. No go. :-(. I am not able to drink nor check my beer. But it did become a great story.
