this is some old anime! oh well. it doesn't have be new to be good!

I agree.. it may not be a Ghost in the shell but its still good to people who has a taste for this type of anime

Yep this is Gowcaizer just without the tear stones.. what started from Voltage Fighter Gowcaizer a Neo Geo fighting game.. I had no idea they had a series untill now lol

I"m sure i spelled it wrong, but if you like this style, look up Gowkizer, one of the 1st images in the begining of this 1st episode is from the end of the gowkizer movie. Bad voiceover lines, great anime style. i'll keep watching!!

As a huge fan of Masami Obari, I'm willing to overlook a lot. The pretentious tone, the subpar animation, the really low sound, and even what is certainly not the best of dubs. As a huge fan of Masami Obari, I'm willing to look at "Virus Buster Serge" for what it really is. Pretty boys and voluptuous girls doing cryptic stuff in the not-so-distant future. When it works, it's all kinds of awesome. When it doesn't, it's just cheese. But the good kind. With a little wine and some crackers, it can be enjoyed.
