I've watching this show from beginning to end, and loved every minute of it, that is until the last part of this episode which made absolutely no sense and left everything up in the air. If NBC was going to cancel this wonderful show, the writers should've at least been able to produce a more fitting climatic end. Though, I suppose my disappointment set in a few episodes back when the story took a crazy plot twist when Silas declared David public enemy number one. I mean, seriously, where did that come from? Yes, I gathered that Silas was concerned throughout with losing his crown to David, but I couldn't pick my jaw up from the floor when the plot took that twist. It really made no sense. However, I do get the feeling that perhaps the NBC produced two alternate ending to the first season as they were unsure whether the show would be getting renewed or not. Either way, it was a wonderful show up until the very end. It really is a shame to see this show go; I really would love to know where it would've gone had it been renewed.
